Watch a callout become a sealed, tamper-evident record.
This is the WARDEN command console with a simulated thermal feed and telemetry. Everything you see forms live: the operating picture, the governance panel, and the cryptographic ledger — the same sequence a real incident produces. No aircraft, no network, no stored imagery.

What is real here: content_hash is a genuine SHA-256 over the canonical event; chain_hash is a real HMAC-SHA256 linking each event to the last; the verifier recomputes the whole chain.
What is simulated: the thermal feed and telemetry are synthetic, and the HMAC here is signed with a demo key in the browser — in production that key lives server-only and the browser never sees it. Tamper-evident, not unbreakable: any change is detectable by recomputing the chain.
